Regular Rates
(Weekends and summer months. Rates do not include tax.)

Cabin #1:
Regular Flat Rate $220 per night
with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
Winter Flat Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only)
$160 per night.
Cabin #5:
Regular Flat Rate $150 per night
for 2 people.
Winter Flat Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only)
$115 per night.
Cabin #13:
Regular Flat Rate $220 per night
with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
Winter Flat Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only)
$160 per night.
Cabin #16:
Regular Flat Rate $350 per night
with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
Winter flat Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only)
$300 per night.
The Hogan:
Regular Flat Rate $495 per night
with a maximum occupancy of 16 people. Winter Flat Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only)
$455 per night.
The Hogan also has either a refundable or non-refundable cleaning fee depending on the reservation.
* The 6 person Regular Rate for Cabins 14 and 15 is $220 per night. The 6 person Winter Rate is $165 per night.

These rates apply to all weekend nights (Friday & Saturday) throughout the year.

These “special” rates apply after Labor Day until before Memorial Day.

There are minimum night stay requirements depending on the time of year. Please check with the office for specific details. Additional minimum night stay information is listed under “Policies.”
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s rates will vary. Please refer to “Holiday Rates.”
Rates are based on the minimum occupancy except for Holiday Rates. For example if there are two people in a 2-4 person cabin, the rate for that cabin is the 2 person rate. If there are 4 people in a 6-8 person, the rate is the 6 person rate.
A Flat Rate cabin is a cabin with a rate based on the maximum occupancy of that cabin. If there is less than the maximum occupancy in a Flat Rate Cabin, the rate does not fluctuate.
Winter Rates apply Sunday – Thursday only starting after Labor Day up to Memorial Day. They do not apply on weekends or holidays.
