• Cabin #1: Regular Flat Rate $200 per night with a maximum occupancy of 6.  Winter Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only) $160 per night.

• Cabin #5: Regular Flat Rate $145 per night for 2 people.    Winter Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only) $115 per night.

• Cabin #13: Regular Flat Rate $200 per night with a maximum occupancy of 6.  Winter Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only) $160 per night.

• Cabin #16: Regular Flat Rate $330 per night with a maximum occupancy of 10.  Winter Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only) $300 per night.  

• The Hogan: $485 per night with a maximum occupancy of 16.  Winter Rate (Sun.- Thurs. only) $455.  The Hogan also has either a refundable or non-refundable cleaning fee depending on the reservation.
* The 6 person rate for Cabins 14 and 15 is $200 per night.
These rates apply to all weekend nights (Friday & Saturday) throughout the year.  They also apply to every night during the summer and some holidays.

  • There are minimum night stay requirements depending on the time of year.  Please check with the office for specific details. Additional minimum night stay information is listed under "Policies."

  • Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's rates will vary.  Please see below.

  • Rates are based on the minimum occupancy except for Holiday Rates.  For example if there are two people in a 2-4 person cabin, the rate for that cabin is the 2 person rate.  If there are 4 people in a 6-8 person, the rate is the 6 person rate.

  • A Flat Rate cabin is a set rate based on the maximum occupancy of a particular cabin.  If there is less than the maximum occupancy in a Flat Rate Cabin, the rate does not fluctuate. 

  • Winter Rates apply Sunday - Thursday starting after Labor Day up to Memorial Day.  They do not apply on weekends or any holidays.

  • All reservations including holiday reservations are for registered guests only.  

Thanksgiving (11/24/10-11/27/10), Christmas and New Year's Rates (12/17/10 - 1/3/11) are as follows:  

 

Cabin #1 is $215 per night plus tax with a maximum of 6 people.

Cabin #2 is $200 per night plus tax with a maximum of 6 people.

Cabin #3 is $170 per night plus tax with a maximum of 4 people. 

Cabin #5 is $175 per night plus tax with a maximum of 2 people.

Cabin #6 is $170 per night plus tax with a maximum of 4 people.

Cabin #7 is $170 per night plus tax with a maximum of 4 people.

Cabin #8 is $170 per night plus tax with a maximum of 4 people.

Cabin #9 is $170 per night plus tax with a maximum of 4 people.

Cabin #10 is $200 per night plus tax with a maximum of 6 people.

Cabin #11 is $200 per night plus tax with a maximum of 6 people.

Cabin #12 is $200 per night plus tax with a maximum of 6 people.

Cabin #13 is $215 per night plus tax with a maximum of 6 people.

Cabin #14 is $240 per night plus tax with a maximum of 8 people.

Cabin #15 is $240 per night plus tax with a maximum of 8 people.

Cabin #16 is $350 per night plus tax with a maximum of 10 people.

Cabin #19 is $170 per night plus tax with a maximum of 2 people.

The Hogan is $500 per night plus tax with a maximum of 16 people. (Cleaning fee required.)

B&B Rates are an additional $10 per night for the holiday period.  
(The B&B is closed for the nights of 12/24/10-12/25/10 and 12/31/10-1/1/11.)
